So what is the purpose of 'Lofty Plot'?
To produce a continuous story where the plot is created by you and illustrated by me!
As a contributor, what do I get out of it?
You get to raise your profile amongst like-minded people and to see your idea illustrated.
What do you get out of it?
I get to do what I love - illustration - and raise awareness of my skills amongst the leaders in my industry, not to mention creating something unique.
Will it cost me anything?
Not a sausage... apart from a few minutes of your time to come up with a story. However, if you would like to sponsor an episode or feature product placements, please don't hesitate to get in touch for a quick chat.
How does it work then?
Simply! You email me a short yet interesting scenario i.e. something you could write on the back of a cigarette packet. I then illustrate it and add it as the next episode to Lofty's story.
How will I know whether you have received my idea?
Everyone who sends me an idea will get an email of receipt to say thank you.
Will you use my idea without my permission?
Never. This project is meant to be creative and fun, not to mention a positive way of raising both our profiles.
How will I know whether my idea will be used?
I'll get in touch with you with the great news and will ask your permission to feature you, your Linkedin Public Profile address and your idea – this is in order to promote you as a professional.
How do I find out my Linkedin Public profile address?
Easy, [ click here ] to find out.
What if you receive lots of ideas at the same time? What will you do with them all?
Then I'm seriously popular! All ideas are acknowledged, considered and filed for immediate or future use. Under no circumstances will your idea be thrown away.
What do I mean by an idea being 'filed'?
It means it could be used in a later episode, but under no circumstances will it be thrown away.
What happens if you want to use my filed idea as a future episode?
Then I will get in touch at the time and tell you how brilliant you are! I may also ask permission if it can be tweaked so it flows smoothly from the previous episode.
How often will each episode be published?
I aim to publish one episode per month.
Please feel free to get in touch with any further questions. In the meantime, please click below to send me your idea.
Many thanks,
Neil
